This phrase was the starting point of a personal process. Reading it for the first time I found a way to perceive
and handle reality in complete opposition to the "normal" attitude used to confront life challenges, here there
was a feeling of acceptance that was totally unknown to me.
Like most people I have learned that problems are something terrible that exists "outside" of us and that to overcome them was very difficult cause they were far of the realm one can control.
I began to discover that this was a belief based on fear, in a feeling of fearful uncertainty. I also discovered
that the key was more in what goes on inside instead of outside.
Then it began a personal quest, the quest for the beliefs held in each life, and also the mission that each
person has in its lifetime. A journey towards a life with a purpose, healthier and happier.
It was also the intention to teach the young by example (they do learn that way) a healthier lifestyle, starting
with processing the conditioning imposed by the society we live in.
